The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces ham ,diced
  • 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 eggs,hardboiled
  • 1 jar (6 ounces) whole dill pickles,chopped ,drained save 1 tablespoons for dressing
  • 2 tomatoes,chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons mustard,grainy
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the potatoes until just done

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Toss with the ham ,tomatoes,pickles and eggs

  • Step 6: Chill overnight
