Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, minced
  • 1 egg, hardboiled, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • Salad
  • 14 ounces ham, cut into strips
  • 14 ounces turkey breast, cooked, cut into strips
  • 14 ounces Jarlsberg Swiss cheese, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup sweet gherkin pickles, slivered
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 16 green olives, pimento stuffed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mash the egg until smooth.

  • Step 2: Combine the first 6 dressing ingredients and stir to dissolve the sugar.

  • Step 3: Add remaining dressing ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 4: Combine the ham, turkey, cheese and pickles together in a large bowl.

  • Step 5: Toss together with the dressing.

  • Step 6: Divide the lettuce among plates, top with salad and garnish each plate with olives.
