Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add coffee, sugar and hot water.
Step 2: Whisking by hand - using a whisk, first mix the coffee, sugar and water until everything is melted. Start whisking until it becomes meringue like. It should form a hard peak in just under 3 minutes of constant whisking. Set aside.
Step 3: Whisking using a hand mixer or stand mixer - start mixing at lowest speed until all the coffee and sugar are dissolved. Up the speed to highest setting until hard peaks form (just under 2 minutes). Set aside.
Step 4: Fill coffee cup/mug with cold milk and add some ice.
Step 5: Spoon the foam to the top of the milk. Top it with some hot cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional). {Photo Moment} Mix it with a spoon to enjoy it as a latte or just as it is as you get a little bit of milk and foam in one sip.
