Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 cup margarine (or butter)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour (sifted)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cream butter and sugar and beat till light.

  • Step 2: Add eggs and beat well.

  • Step 3: Mix flour and soda in a second bowl and add alternately with ½ cup lemonade to mixture.

  • Step 4: Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Step 5: Bake at 375' F. for 8-10 minutes till light brown at edges.

  • Step 6: Brush tops with remaining lemonade and dust with a pinch of sugar.
