  • 2 ounces finely chopped green pepper (= 1/3 cup)
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon marjoram

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried chopped parsley (or 2 tablespoons fresh parsley)
  • 2 cups milk

How to Make
