Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, processed through a garlic press
  • 2 tablespoons oil (avocado oil, any cooking oil will work)
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated
  • 1 package (16 ounce) coleslaw mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the first 5 ingredients and set aside.

  • Step 2: Pour the avocado oil in a wok and bring to medium-high heat, add the ground pork and white parts of the onions; cook until pork is no longer pink.

  • Step 3: Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cooked pork and stir, add the coleslaw mixture and continue to stir until well mixed.

  • Step 4: Continue to cook until cabbage just starts to wilt. You want to have a bit of crunch from the cabbage so make sure not too over cook it.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the green parts of the onion over the cooked meat and coleslaw mixture.

  • Step 6: Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
