Step 1: Preheat oven to 450F. Grease a sheet of parchment paper with the vegetable oil.
Step 2: Using a food processor or a box grater, shred the cauliflower into very fine pieces, like snow. You should have about 3 cups.
Step 3: Transfer to a glass bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes. (Can also steam on the stove top)
Step 4: Lay out the dish towel and transfer the cauliflower snow to it. Wrap the corners in your hands and transfer bundle over the sink. Wring out the cauliflower bundle to drain excess water. Once no more water is draining out of the bundle, transfer the cauliflower snow to a large bowl.
Step 5: Add remaining ingredients and combine with your hands until it forms a ball that holds together.
Step 6: Remove ball from bowl and place on parchment. Smooth out to a round about 1/4 inch-1/2 inch thick.
Step 7: Transfer parchment to an oven rack placed in the middle. Cook until golden (about 12-15 minutes).
Step 8: At this point you can place toppings on and cook until cheese has melted (5-10 minutes) or you can allow crust to completely cool then wrap in plastic wrap and freeze up to one month.
Step 9: When ready to make, you can simply place the frozen crust on a pizza sheet and bake it at 450F just until its heated through (about 10 minutes). Add toppings and bake until the cheese is bubbling (about 5-10 minutes).
