The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup POST 100% Bran Cereal (these are the shreds NOT the flakes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 to 1 cup raisins

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine the flour with oats, bran cereal, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

  • Step 3: In another bowl beat butter with both sugars, vanilla and egg until creamy; mix into flour mixture. Stir in raisins.

  • Step 4: Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
