  • 1 can (16 ounces) v-8 juice
  • 2 cans( 30 ounces) sliced beets,(15 ounces each)
  • 1 package ( 8 ounces) sour cream
  • 4 eggs ,hardboiled
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

  • Step 1: In blender add broth ,juice and beets

  • Step 2: Blend until smooth

  • Step 3: Put in chilled bowls
