Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Ice cubes (about 1 cup or so)
  • 1/2 ounce rum (Malibu coconut rum)
  • 1/2 ounce rum (Meyer's dark)
  • 1/2 ounce rum (Barcardi light)
  • 1/2 ounce liqueur (banana liqueur)
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces orange juice (from about 1/2 large orange)
  • 1 ounce Sprite (or any lemon-lime carbonated soda)
  • 1 pineapple slice, for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add about 1/2 cup of ice to a tall drinking glass (such as Collins, Highball or short Hurricane glass).

  • Step 2: Add remaining 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour all 3 of the rums, the banana liqueur, and both fruit juices over the ice. Top with lid, and shake vigorously until well blended. Strain cocktail into the ice-filled glass.

  • Step 3: Add a generous splash of Sprite to the glass. Garnish rim of glass with a pineapple slice and stemmed cherry. Add a straw, and serve immediately.
