Step 1: Whisk eggs ,water and salt together in large bowl
Step 2: Whisk in small amount of flour and switch to spoon
Step 3: Make a soft dough
Step 4: Put out out on floured board knead for 3 minutes
Step 5: Divide dough into 3rds
Step 6: On the floured board
Step 7: Roll out dough into rectangles
Step 8: Roll out as thin as you can
Step 9: With pastry cutter ,cut dough into 1 inch rectangles
Step 10: At this point you can slip into boiling water and they are cooked when they float or dry
