Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 can (6 ounce) black olives, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (you can also use a block and cut it in cubes)
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Salad ... Add the tomatoes and olives to a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Vinaigrette ... Add the balsmic vinegar, olive oil, onion, garlic and mustard to a small bowl or measuring cop and whisk well. Season with salt and pepper. This vinaigrette is best which it can rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour before using, but it is not necessary.

  • Step 3: Finish ... Toss the vinaigrette with the salad and mix well to combine. Then add the Feta and lightly mix. If you like, you can add basil as a garnish, but I don't think it is necessary. DELISH!
