Step 1: Draw a 28cm x 35cm rectangle onto a sheet of baking paper ande then place paper, trace-side down, onto a greased, large oven tray.
Step 2: Place chocolate in a large heatproof bowl and sit bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth and then remove bowl.
Step 3: Pour chocolate into the centre of rectangle on tray and spread to edges and sprinkle with mini marshmellows, rice bubbles, peanuts and cranberries and gently press into chocolate and then refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
Step 4: Break into large shards to serve.
