Step 1: Have a small bowl filled with a few tablespoons of oil (for your finger).
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk the two eggs. Add in the buttermilk and whisk vigorously until well combined.
Step 3: In another medium bowl, measure/add all the dry ingredients; mix them well.
Step 4: Add the buttermilk/egg mixture to the dry; using a fork combine JUST until the dry ingredients are mixed with the wet (do not over-mix!)
Step 5: Have your broth simmering (MUST BE SIMMERING!).
Step 6: Scoop about a tablespoon of dough onto a spoon and push it off into simmering dough using your oiled finger. Continue working as quick as possible with remaining dough keeping the broth at a simmer at all times. When there is no more dough. Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a med-low simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. NO LIFTING THE LID DURING THE 30 MINUTES!
Step 7: If you follow this process you should have ultra fluffy delicious dumplings.
