Step 1: Mince ham and anchovies (i would mix in food processor)
Step 2: Beat 2 eggs
Step 3: Rub the cut clove of garlic over the bottom of a chafing dish ( i would use skillet on low)
Step 4: Add butter
Step 5: Add 2 teaspoons of ham mixture
Step 6: Add eggs
Step 7: Scramble them
