Step 1: Saute onion in butter until soft but not brown in large saucepan.
Step 2: Stir in peanut butter and cook slowly, stirring several times
Step 3: 1 minute.
Step 4: Stir in milk and soup.
Step 5: Heat slowly just until hot ,dont boil. Stir in peanuts.
Step 6: Ladle into soup cups.
Step 7: Garnish with peanuts, parsley, and paprika.
