Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup onion,minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • Topping:
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1/8 cup salted peanuts

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onion in butter until soft but not brown in large saucepan.

  • Step 2: Stir in peanut butter and cook slowly, stirring several times

  • Step 3: 1 minute.

  • Step 4: Stir in milk and soup.

  • Step 5: Heat slowly just until hot ,dont boil. Stir in peanuts.

  • Step 6: Ladle into soup cups.

  • Step 7: Garnish with peanuts, parsley, and paprika.
