  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/4 teaspoons ground oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground basil
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped (6 tomatoes)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans (drained)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 600 grams cooked brown rice (3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  • Step 2: Add ground meat and brown.
