  • 2 cups celery, minced (or whizzed)
  • 4 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons ground sage
  • 1 apple, minced (Granny Smith apple)
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put bread in large bowl

  • Step 2: Melt butter in large saucepan or skillet

  • Step 3: Add poultry seasoning and sage then onions and celery

  • Step 4: Pour it all over bread mix thoroughly

  • Step 5: Add minced apple let it sit an hour

  • Step 6: Stuff well into turkey cavity
