Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set oven rack to second-lowest position. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Prepare the streusel mixture; set aside.
Step 2: For Cake; in a bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla vanilla; beat on high speed to 3-4 minutes. Alternately add sifted dry ingredients and Greek yogurt, 1/3 at a time. Beat until smooth. Spread half of batter into pan. Sprinkle half of nut mixture over batter. Pour remaining half of batter and top with remaining nut mixture.
Step 3: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.
