  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shaved (sharp)

  • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat skillet

  • Step 2: Butter thinly sliced bread

  • Step 3: Put on skillet

  • Step 4: Brown lightly

  • Step 5: Put butter in pan crack eggs in center and fan tomato slices on ouside

  • Step 6: Season whole skillet to taste

  • Step 7: Cook eggs easy over and flip tomato slices also

  • Step 8: Shave the cheese over the eggs

  • Step 9: Put toast in center of plate

  • Step 10: Place egg on top of toast and fan tomatoes around toast
