Step 1: To make dressing, combine all ingredients in a jug and mix well.
Step 2: Heat an oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add salmon and cover with lid and cook for about 5 minutes, turning halfway, or until cooked to your liking and then remove to rest, loosely covered with foil.
Step 3: Wipe pan clean and return same oiled pan to a high heat and add carrots and broccolini and cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes and then add cabbage and 2 tablespoons of the dressing and cook, stirring for a further 2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender
Step 4: Serve vegetables over crunchy noodles and top with salmon and drizzle with remaining dressing.
