Step 10: And stir in cilantro.
Step 11: Stir in milk
Step 12: Shrimp:
Step 13: Fry mushrooms
Step 14: Add shrimp
Step 15: Add to cheese sauce
Step 16: Plate:
Step 17: Put rice on plate
Step 18: Put hot cheese mixture on top
