  • 1 carton (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces bacon, cooked, and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 2: Drain and mash.

  • Step 3: Add cream cheese, stirring until combined.

  • Step 4: Gently stir in sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper

  • Step 5: Lightly grease and pam spray a 2-quart square baking dish;

  • Step 6: Spoon potato mixture into prepared dish.

  • Step 7: Bake casserole, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.

  • Step 8: Top with bacon and, if desired, chives.
