Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pound buffalo meat (ground, also can use beef or turkey)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 4 ounces shredded cheese ( mexican blend)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) doritos, crushed
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown meat in large skillet fry under medium heat, when brown drain.

  • Step 2: Add tomatoes ,tomato sauce and seasoning to meat let simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Mix rice with meat.

  • Step 4: Spray a large baking dish about 9 x 13 cake pan with Pam.

  • Step 5: Begin layering the ingrediants first the rice and meat mixture,

  • Step 6: Then the cheeses, and then the doritos.

  • Step 7: Make another layer cover with aluminum foil.

  • Step 8: The heat from the rice mixture will melt the cheese.( i think that you may need to heat up in oven 10 minutes at 425 degrees ) put topping on
