Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon bacon grease
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup pineapple (tidbits)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil (start with teaspoon build up it is strong)
  • 2 green onions ,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat grease in wok if you are sure how much sesame oil you are using can add here

  • Step 2: And add onions and peppers. Add ham

  • Step 3: Add pineapple tidbits then add the beaten eggs

  • Step 4: Add rice that you have added soy sauce and seasonings to

  • Step 5: Stir in sesame oil 1 teaspoon at a time here if not certain

  • Step 6: Add green onions. Fluff
