  • 4 cans (60 ounces) pork and beans (15 ounces each)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sausage drippings
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook sausage and drain.

  • Step 2: Save drippings.

  • Step 3: In large bowl combine all ingredients. Stir well and pour into 9-by-13-inch casserole dish

  • Step 5: Let sit 10 minutes before serving. Consistency will be thick.
