Step 1: Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and add onion and garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and then add lamb and cook, stirring to break up mince for about 8 minutes, or until browned and then add cumin, mint and pine nuts and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, place pizza bases on two oiled, large oven trays and cook in a very hot oven (220C) for about 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and them remove and spread tomato paste evenly over the bases and then sprinkle with pizza cheese and spread lamb mixture evenly over the top and then sprinkle with fetta and return to a very hot oven and cook swapping trays halfway through for about 10 minutes or until bases are crisp.
Step 3: Remove and sprinkle with chilli flakes and mint leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
