  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 7 ounce Greek yogurt (plain ,drained overnight)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • FOR GARNISH
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted (black olives)
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced thinly

  • Step 2: Mash in herbs and seasoning
