  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • FOR GARNISH
  • 3 eggs, hardboiled
  • 1 head bibb lettuce
  • 1 cup tomatoes, wedged
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/3 cup gherkin pickles (as desired)
  • 1/4 pound ham (deli ham, rolled)
