Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a medium-size pizza pan.
Step 2: In a bowl combine the flour with salt, baking powder and water. Knead on floured counter just until workable and spreadable (about 2 minutes). Put on pizza pan. Using a pastry brush spread about 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil on crust (this is so tomato sauce won't soak into crust) then using a fork prick holes all over in the crust.
Step 3: Bake for 5-7 minutes; remove then spread with tomato sauce then toppings of choice. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
