  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes (Ro-tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies)
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
  • 2 avocados, sliced thinly
  • 1 pound ground beef (cooked and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon dry taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/8 cup jalapeno peppers (sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a pot over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Dump in the cubes of Velveeta, the can of Ro-tel and the refried beans.

  • Step 3: Cook until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4: Once the cheese is fully melted,

  • Step 5: Turn the heat to low and add in the sliced avocados ,jalapenos and ground beef
