Step 1: Heat oven to 350. Crust, blend crust ingredients, press mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12 minutes, remove from oven
Step 2: Cream cheese, add sugar, eggs, and flour . Beat well; add chocolatae chips
Step 3: Pour mixture over crust. Bake additional 15 - 20 minutes or until set
Step 4: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips, return to oven for 1 minute to melt chips
Step 5: Gently spread melted chips evenly over top. Sprinkle with pecans, lightly press into glaze. Refrigerate 1 hour, cut into bars.(needs to be cut before it hardens completely) Refrigerate.
