  • 8 ounces whole mushrooms
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 3 cups onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 278 grams soy beverage (1 1/4 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoon curry powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry the onions in oil.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle curry powder over the onions and simmer for 3 minutes while stirring.

  • Step 3: Add tomato paste. cook.

  • Step 5: Add the tomatoes and vegetable stock.

  • Step 6: Let it simmer for 30 minutes on a low heat. Stir regularly.
