  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest, grated
  • 2 tablespoons citric acid
  • 3/4 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, lemon and orange zest and bring to a boil

  • Step 2: Reduce heat and simmer 5 min

  • Step 3: Remove from heat, add citric acid and juice. Let cool

  • Step 4: Pour into clean jar and store in fridge

  • To Serve

  • Step 5: Half fill glass with crushed ice, add 1/4 cup orange mixture, and top with 3/4 cup soda water. Stir and serve
