Step 1: Remove outer green leaves from cauliflower and trim the base to sit flat and place whole cauliflower in an oiled roasting pan.
Step 2: Combine oil, cumin, paprika and salt in a small bowl and then rub all over cauliflower and cook uncovered, in a moderate oven (80C) for about 1 hour or until golden and tender.
Step 3: Remove from the oven and transfer cauliflower to a serving plate.
Step 4: Squeeze lemon halves over whole or thickly sliced cauliflower.
Step 5: Garnish with parsley and serve with yoghurt.
