The ingredients are:
  • 375 grams tomatoes (3 large, cut in 1 inch chunks)
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1 red onion, chopped (small onion)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives

  • Step 1: In a shallow serving bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber and onion
