  • 1 package (8 ounces) chorizo sausage
  • 16 ounces dried pinto beans
  • 4 ounces ham (deli ham ,chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in stock pot

  • Step 2: Add onions and chorizo. Add garlic. Add water

  • Step 3: Add everything else ,but deli ham.

  • Step 4: Bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 2 1/2 hours

  • Step 5: Add ham and cook for 30 minutes more
