Step 1: Bone and fillet fish.
Step 2: Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Step 3: Place fillets, skin side down on a greased broiler pan.
Step 4: Combine 1 tbsp melted butter, parsley, salt and pepper and brush fish well.
Step 5: Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes. Do not turn.
Step 6: Mix remaining butter with mustard, dill and lemon juice.
Step 7: Pour over fillets and broil for 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 8: Serve garnished with lemon slices.
