Step 1: Remove spam from can and into thin strips.
Step 2: Combine the green pepper, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise and black pepper in a bowl. Divide between the 4 onion rolls and coat both top and bottom slices.
Step 3: Divide the spam and layer the bottom of each onion roll. Top with optional ingredients.
Step 4: Top each sandwich with remaining portion of onion roll and serve immediately.
