Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (half of a 7 ounce jar, oil-packed, drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Kraft Italiano Cheese Blend)
  • 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Assorted crackers and/or breadsticks

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and garlic until blended. Stir in tomatoes and red peppers. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Italiano cheese blend and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Season with hot sauce, salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Step 2: Transfer to a greased 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for about 20-25 minutes or until edges are bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
