  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pound ham (cut into thin julienne strips)
  • 6 gherkins, well drained and cut into thin julienne strips
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

How to Make
