Step 1: Drain pineapple, reserving two tablespoons of the syrup in a small jug.
Step 2: To make the salad - combine pineapple, capsicum, onions and coriander in a large bowl and refrigerate, covered until serving.
Step 3: Add sauces, sugar and oil to the reserved pineapple syrup and mix well.
Step 4: Heat a lightly oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add the pork, and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and almost cooked through and then add the sauce mixture to the pan and turn pork to coat evenly and then bring to a boil and gently boil, uncovered for about 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and pork is cooked.
Step 5: Remove from heat and to serve, spoon sauce from pan over pork and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice and salad.
