  • 1 cup butternut squash, precooked and mashed
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk

  • Step 1: Beat together the sugar, shortening and eggs. Add squash and beat.

  • Step 3: Pour batter into greased bundt pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
