Step 1: Cook ground beef, garlic and onion until tender. Drain fat.
Step 2: Put all ingredients in the crock pot. Mix well. Simmer on low for 6 to 10 hours.
Step 3: Serve with any or all of the condiments.

Step 5: Make as above and simmer for at least 1 hour. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
