Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns
  • 9 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 (10 ounces) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 6 tablesppons parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, except parmesan, together and place in a lightly buttered casserole

  • Step 2: Sprinkle with parmesan

  • Step 3: Bake uncovered in a 350f oven for 1 hour or until golden and hot through. If the parmesan starts to brown too soon loosely place a piece of foil over but do not seal
