Step 1: Preheat oven to 450° F.
Step 2: In a medium-to-large bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, onion and pesto and mix well.
Step 3: Divide mixture evenly among the 4 sheets of foi and top each with a halibut steak.
Step 4: Drizzle each steak with a tsp. of lemon juice, then sprinkle evenly with lemon pepper, garlic powder and Tuscan seasoning and top each steak with a slice of lemon. Fold up the packets, being sure to leave some “breathing” space, and place on a cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes.
