  • 4 (32 ounces) pork loin chops (husker chops, 8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) sliced pineapple (undrained)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil

  • Step 2: Brown seasoned pork chops

  • Step 3: Place in shallow baking dish

  • Step 4: Place pineapple slices on top

  • Step 5: Mix apricot preserves pineapple juice from can and soy sauce

  • Step 6: Pour around chops

  • Step 7: Cover and bake for about 60 minutes at 350 degrees

  • Step 8: Uncover, and bake for 30 minutes more until browned and tender
