  • 8 ounces ham (virginia ham,slivered )
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 2 eggs ,hardboiled, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
