How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the flour and baking powder

  • Step 2: Cut the butter into the flour using two knives or a pastry blender. Keep cutting until the mixture looks like coars crumbs

  • Step 3: Using a fork mix in the milk - be gentle do not over mix. Just work it until a soft dough forms

  • Step 4: Place the dough on a baking sheet and form it into a 9 inch by 9 inch square

  • Step 5: Use a spatula or the dull side of a knofe and cut the dough into 12 biscuits

  • Step 6: Bake in pre heated 400f oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden transfer to a wire rack and cool for 10 minutes
