  • 1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 8 (352 grams) bread rolls ( submarine rolls,split)

  • Step 1: Brown the beef with the veggies

  • Step 2: Add pepper and tomato paste. Dont burn

  • Step 3: Put in crock pot and rinse pan with water into crockpot

  • Step 4: Put on low and cook at least 4 hours may need to add more water stir occasionally

  • Step 5: Warm the rolls and fill
